Applying for a Northeast Florida Grant

The application process is now closed. A limited number of organizations will be invited to submit supplemental information following successful review of their Preliminary Grant Request.

You're required to use the official forms provided through the links below in order to successfully submit an application. Please use MS Word to electronically fill your preliminary grant request. Following a favorable review of preliminary grant requests, select organizations will be asked to submit supplemental information similar to what is outlined in the Overview of Supplemental Information. This helps us see your organization in a more detailed light, further helping us to make a funding decision. Additional clarification may also be requested.
